Psychometric Testing

Psychometric Tests are very useful when you are unsure what job you would enjoy and be good at.

The Morrisby Profile is a 3.5-hour battery of tests that examine your abilities in verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, perceptual reasoning, mechanical skills, problem solving skills and learning styles.

The test also consists of an Interest Inventory.  This together with the results of the above tests can give you an insight into the work areas that you would be best suited to.

As part of this service, I would conduct a Pre-test meeting with you to ensure that this would be an appropriate guidance tool to use with you and when the results are returned, we would meet again for a full guidance interview to plan your next steps.

The Morrisby tests would be carried out at a venue where you would be undisturbed but where you would feel comfortable and at ease.  This could be in your own home if certain criteria can be met and was your preference.
